As usual, it takes me a little bit of time to catch up with the latest trends and so I'm only now starting to blog. I figure that if a friend of mine who is currently retired (though still very youthful) is hip enough to blog, then it's about time for me to jump on the bandwagon. Let's just all hope that it's worth the wait (and since at this point "all of us" is pretty much just me, if I find it's not worth the wait I can quietly stop and no one will be the wiser).
I will try not to be too self-indulgent. I will try not to be the expert on every little thing that crosses my mind. I will try not to offend all of the people all of the time, but will do my best to offend some of the people some of the time and do my darndest to offend all of the people some of the time. I will most likely be incredibly self-indulgent, despite any resolutions to the contrary.
